PROMETEX’s basic approach to manufacturing has not changed since its inception. We continue to manufacture products while adhering to two environmental and socially conscious perspectives:
(1) the selection of materials, and
(2) the inspection of the process
In order to provide products and services that realize a “better life with renewable energy” in line with these two principles, we believe that it is most important to create products that customers can use with peace of mind.
Based on the PROMETEX Standards, PROMETEX inspects each process of design, development, procurement, and production, strives to provide safe and secure products, and aims to continuously achieve the following.
“Good products” with value and reasons explored from the consumer’s perspective
Consideration for consumers, producers, and the environment
Solving issues for society as a whole and as a global citizen
Market Quality: Zero Accidents
Reduction of market defect rate
Thorough awareness of the importance of quality
Initiatives for Safety and Securit

Non-defective product standard
PROMETEX establishes its own standards, the PROMETEX Standards, on the premise that it complies with various laws and regulations established by governments around the world and regions. The Development and Production Department and each product department collect information on products on a daily basis, such as product information, changes in the social environment, market trends, and industry trends, and research the details of cases that require the formulation, revision, or abolition of the Good Product Standards, and consider new formulations, revisions, and abolition of standards as necessary, so that product quality can always be assured.
Risk Assessment
With the aim of preventing product accidents, defects, and complaints, we conduct “risk assessments” to assess risks in the design, design, manufacturing, distribution, and usage environment of products. In addition to our efforts to prevent the recurrence of product-related accidents, we identify the above risks (including accidents caused by reasonably foreseeable misuse, defects, and complaints) at the product planning, development, and design stages, and address them before they occur.
By conducting risk assessments at the initial design stage, we aim to identify risks throughout the product life cycle, from planning and development to use and disposal, and to reduce the risk of accidents, defects, complaints, etc., and to smoothly commercialize the product by incorporating problem solutions for the identified risks into the design.
Activities to respond quickly to quality issues
All feedback from customers regarding products is registered in a dedicated database (the “Voice Navi” system), and the Development and Production Department, each product department, and other related departments work together to respond promptly according to the content. The dedicated database is directly accessed by business partners and factories to check the contents, creating an environment in which quality problems can be dealt with with a sense of speed. In addition, the Development and Production Department collaborates with external inspection organizations as necessary.
In addition, we are striving for continuous quality improvement by holding weekly meetings led by the Development
